How do I print at Reeves Library?

Printing on campus works on a cloud-based system. You can easily print from your phone or iPad using the mobile print app from MyWC, and get the printouts at any printer on campus. Reeves Library has 3 black and white printers, and then the color printer is in the Hazel Wing.

For more detailed printing instructions download them here!

How do I check out a book at Reeves Library?

Books can be checked out at the library front desk on the 1st floor. All you need is your student ID card, or your ID number.

How do I renew books at Reeves Library?

You can manage your checkouts and holds by logging into your account in Locate. Log into your account by clicking the account button on the top right corner. You will log in with your WC email and password.

Can I track my Mobius books?

Unfortunately, there is no way for us to track the books once they leave the borrowing library. We will see that they are listed as 'in transit' but not when they will arrive. In general, Mobius books take anywhere between 3-5 days to arrive. You will get an email to your WC email account when your books arrive.

I requested a Mobius book, where can I pick it up?

All holds can be picked up at the library front desk. Just stop by the desk, and give the front desk worker your name. These books check out for 28 days, and are also returned to the library front desk.

Where is the quiet study areas in Reeves Library?

The 3rd and 4th floors are the designated quiet study areas in Reeves Library. You may also use a study room for either quiet study use, or group study use.

Can I reserve a room at the library?

Reeves has multiple kinds of rooms to reserve. Individual study rooms, as well as larger group space in the Hazel Wing, are available for faculty, staff, and student reservations. Hazel 112 is set up as a Zoom room and can be used for distance learning or guest speakers. Hazel 102 computer lab can be used as a classroom and event space, as well as Hazel 101 for student and writing center events.

Requests to schedule other one-time uses, outside of classes can be done by contacting any library staff member, Plant Operations call (573) 592-5282 (ext. 5282), email Reeves.Library or email Room.Reservations.

How do I use the library from off-campus?

All digital resources at Reeves Library are available both on and off campus. To access the digital collection off campus, simply go to the library website, and when prompted, log in with your Westminster email and password. This will get you access to the full digital collection! You can learn more at our researched guide Logging into Reeves Library. There are some apps that you have to log into separately, like the Libby app, and the New York Times. You can find instructions for those through the links provided.
